We, as individuals, and as a nation, find ourselves in an overwhelming flood of both government encroachment and control.  Indeed, we are in a desperate struggle for then survival of the concept of freedom.

As your candidate, I shall stand strong and firm against this generated state of war that has been waged against the principles of Liberty.  Throughout the last century and continuing into the early part of this century, the sound advice of our founding principles, which is out lined in our Declaration of Independence, has been ignored and it has been shut down.  The end results to this continued assault on our liberties, is that our once great independent nation and its people have been socialized.

We can describe socialism in one word, theft, and Theft is absolutely immoral!  The philosophy of socialism does something which is unlawful for an individual to do, steal.  Once socialism is established in government, that governing body then becomes tyrannical, this it destroys both individual and national sovereignty.  If you choose to elect me, I shall be the obedient of our constitution and of our Bill of Rights.  Also, as a representative of Texas, I will stand strong on states rights.

Therefore I will endeavor to promote the “general welfare” clause found in our Constitution preamble.  In doing so, it will unlock and open up the doors to our sovereignty, for this clause links to our Bill of Rights which links back to our Declaration of Independence.

Furthermore, the usage of this clause will force the opponents of our founding principles to the field of battle opposed to having the spirit of liberty dragged about as it has been for well over 80 years.  Texas now is the time to put to its end this anti-American philosophy which abhors the principles of Liberty.  Now is the time to usher back in those sound principles which made us free.  It should be remembered, that compared to time, freedom has always been short lived, therefore, the struggle for that precious jewel will end only when time itself ends. 

Our platform is in compliance with our founding principles.

1. We will demand that our lawful monetary system, Article I Section 8 U.S.C. replace this debt driven system by abolishing the privately owned Federal Reserve.
2. We will put to its end the confiscation of ones wages through the Federal Income Tax.
3. We will ensure that you, the good American will regain your proper role as being the true homeland security through the second amendment.
4. To promote the general welfare of the American people, it is essential that our foreign policy changes.  The change is not isolationism rather it is separation from the entanglements of foreign affairs.
